Leadership journeys: Impacts of faculty professional development

چکیده

This chapter presents the leadership journeys of five faculty who participated in SAGE 2YC: Faculty as Change Agents project. These stories illustrate influence project on their and work mid-level administrative or grassroots leaders. Key to was explicit inclusion development professional (PD). Learning about organizational frames approaches, experience participants designing leading own workshops, resulting community practice contributed participants. Implications recommendations for members, critically important colleges, concludes chapter.
