Leadership journeys: Impacts of faculty professional development

This chapter presents the leadership journeys of five faculty who participated in SAGE 2YC: Faculty as Change Agents project. These stories illustrate influence project on their and work mid-level administrative or grassroots leaders. Key to was explicit inclusion development professional (PD). Learning about organizational frames approaches, experience participants designing leading own workshops, resulting community practice contributed participants.
